📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization; • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions (RPA using UiPath, Python scripts, applications) focused on efficiency, scalability, and quality; • Model, design, and implement processes using BPM (Business Process Management) tools; • Elicit and document requirements with business areas, translating needs into structured technical solutions; • Act as a technical reference, supporting the development of analysts and promoting best practices; • Provide consultative support to departments and branches, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation (RPA) and development of enterprise solutions; • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate; • Advanced knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar); • Experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, SOAP); • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and work independently; • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with business stakeholders, and a holistic/big-picture perspective; • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL); • Previous experience managing demand/backlog and prioritizing deliveries;
