📋 Description

• Strong experience in Java development (17+), with deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, WebFlux); • Work with event-driven architecture (Kafka); • Integrate with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB); • Experience with microservices and developing distributed and concurrent applications; • Experience in developing RESTful APIs and database integrations; • Familiarity with Cloud Computing development (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure); • Work with container-based development (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift); • Involvement in architecture and code design; • Familiarity with testing practices; • Basic knowledge of information security and secure development best practices; • Contribute to agile development practices and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; • Design, develop, and implement back-end solutions using Java, ensuring code quality and efficiency; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions; • Actively participate in code reviews, promoting best development practices and ensuring software quality is maintained; • Contribute to system architecture definition and service integration; • Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing continuous improvements to existing processes and systems; • Document processes and developed solutions to ensure knowledge is shared across the team.

• Experience in large-scale projects and high-availability environments; • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git; • Experience with automated testing and DevOps practices (CI/CD); • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; • Participation in technology groups or involvement with some type of community; • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment; • Ability to solve complex problems and think critically about proposed solutions; • Collaborative product design mindset; • Commitment to continuous self-development in technology.
