📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement back-end solutions using Java, ensuring code quality and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions • Communicate with technical stakeholders and teams across business, product, and architecture • Actively participate in code reviews, promoting development best practices and ensuring ongoing software quality • Contribute to defining system architecture and service integration • Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing continuous improvements to existing processes and systems • Document developed processes and solutions, ensuring knowledge is shared across the team • Serve as a technical reference, supporting reviews and architectural decisions while mentoring fellow developers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Java development (17+), with extensive knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, WebFlux) • Experience with Kotlin development • Experience with mobile development (in-depth expertise is not required) • Work with event-driven architecture (Kafka) • Work with integrations involving relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB) • Experience with microservices and distributed application development • Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with databases • Knowledge of cloud computing development (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) • Experience developing and/or orchestrating containers (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) • Experience with source code version control tools, such as Git • Experience with software architecture and code design • Knowledge of performance, scalability, and optimization for distributed applications • Experience with automated testing and testing practices • Understanding of information security and secure development best practices • Contribute to agile development practices and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Knowledge of observability practices, logging, metrics, and monitoring • Experience working on projects related to investments, pension plans, credit unions, or financial institutions • Experience working on large-scale projects and in high-availability environments • Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment automation tools (CI/CD)
