• Connect the client's needs to the capabilities of our product (SE Suite); • Deliver the best possible outcomes to the client through the use of our solution; • Execute deliverables according to the client's requirements; • Guide and support the client's initial steps to ensure successful adoption of the SE Suite; • Remove potential obstacles to facilitate system implementation; • Institutionalize the use of the solution to ensure maximum benefit from the software; • Apply industry best practices in the context of the client's environment; • Understand business rules to ensure proper configuration of the SE Suite.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a Technology-related field; • Experience with software and/or ERP implementations; • Knowledge of databases (SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.); • Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP); • Knowledge of webservices integrations (SOAP, UI, REST); • Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM); • Fluent or native-level Italian; • Must reside in Brazil. • You will stand out if you have: • Advanced/Fluent English and/or Spanish; • Extension courses in project management or related areas; • Knowledge of SoftExpert products (SE Suite) or competing solutions; • Knowledge of quality management.
