📋 Description

• Take ownership of the details when it comes to all aspects of Game Design. • Designing Levels, Economies and Systems with support from the Producer. • Team up, collaborate and iterate very closely with your Producer, ArtLead and Developers. • Demonstrate creativity and adaptability.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in Mobile Game Design , ideally on live games. • You have a deep understanding of F2P mechanics, systems design, and player motivation. • You bring specialized experience in at least one of the following: Economy Design Systems Design. • You’re analytical and comfortable working with spreadsheets, KPIs, and balance tuning. • Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Passionate about games and deeply engaged with mobile and casual game trends. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Timezone between GMT+2 (Berlin+1) to GMT−6 (Toronto−1).
