📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Jira Developer Administrator. • Compensation: COP 5M - 9.5M/month. • Location: Remote (anywhere). • Mission of Softgic: In Softgic S.A.S. we work for the digital and cognitive transformation of our clients, aware that quality is an essential factor for us, we incorporate the following principles into our policy: Deliver quality products and services. 🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and application of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and value delivery. • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and proven ability to efficiently solve complex technical problems. • Intermediate level of English (B1/B2). • Nice to have: Certifications in Atlassian tools or agile methodologies. • Experience in consulting and implementing Atlassian solutions. • Knowledge of additional add-ons such as BigPicture, Tempo, and EazyBI. • Experience with ITSM, PPM, Lean/Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban processes. • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
