🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual professional with technical experience in backend or IT environments, possessing analytical, diagnostic, and customer relationship skills. • Capable of understanding the technological operation of an organization, identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion, and leading technical follow-up processes. • Your approach should be both consultative and operational, with a strong focus on management by indicators, compliance with commitments, and adoption of best practices.
