• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment. • Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network configurations, and server management. • Experience with cybersecurity protocols and tools, including firewalls, encryption, and incident response. • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on thoroughness and clarity. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly desirable.
