📋 Description

• Manage a significant portfolio with a focus on consolidating and expanding the Prevision product portfolio; • Run the full cycle: active prospecting, account diagnosis, prioritization by engagement, executive outreach and negotiation through to closing; • Map and connect with strategic stakeholders, understanding profiles, needs and business pain points; • Identify, drive and convert opportunities such as: new projects, plan upgrades, additional modules, incorporation planning and cost management; • Implement standardized commercial routines, with strong discipline in CRM usage (PipeDrive / HubSpot), cadences and metrics; • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timing, maturity and capture of new opportunities; • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering or substantial experience in the Construction sector (execution, planning, property development/incorporation or estimating); • Experience presenting to executives, consultative negotiation and leading meetings with decision-makers; • Practical experience with or willingness to learn CRM for record-keeping, pipeline management, cadence execution and analysis; • Knowledge of the Construction industry (key players, project delivery models, performance indicators, technical context); • Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to daily work (e.g., building cadences, data analysis, summarization). • **Differential:** • Previous experience in commercial roles, inside sales or expansion, with mastery of sales funnel and commercial playbooks; • Commercial experience in the SaaS market.
