• Plan, prepare, and execute high-complexity content with technical rigor and a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts. • Lead customized content initiatives for priority accounts, including narratives, assets, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement materials. • Solve complex communication and storytelling challenges, integrating marketing, product, and sales requirements into clear, consistent deliverables aligned with strategy. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ABM-oriented content production, distribution, and measurement processes. • Propose and support the implementation of new content approaches that strengthen traction and conversion with target accounts. • Act as a technical content reference, supporting junior and mid-level professionals and contributing to reviews to raise the standard of strategic deliverables. • Deeply master the flows and stages of the ABM cycle (Strategy → Planning → Production → Activation → Measurement). • Lead complex projects autonomously, ensuring alignment among marketing, product, sales, and customer success stakeholders. • Produce high-impact content such as advanced blog posts, eBooks, technical studies, scripts, executive speeches, strategic campaign assets, and highly personalized ABM one-to-one and one-to-few content. • Monitor the performance of materials, generate insights, and guide continuous optimizations of campaigns and narratives aimed at enterprise accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. • Solid experience in strategic content, advanced SEO, and conversion-focused copywriting for long, complex cycles. • Experience in storytelling applied to technology solutions, preferably in B2G and/or B2B contexts. • Experience creating content integrated into Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including personalization for large accounts. • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, translating technical information into clear, persuasive narratives aligned with business strategy. • Autonomy to make decisions about content direction and narrative guidelines. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong editorial rigor. • Preferred: • Experience with the public sector, govtech technologies, the digital government ecosystem, or digital transformation projects.
