📋 Description

• Monitor the acquisition and conversion funnel daily, reporting status and trends to leadership; • Operate campaigns and routines across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); • Support the execution and maintenance of automation and nurturing flows in the CRM; • Participate in the organization and execution of digital and in-person events (webinars, activations, logistics); • Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaigns, user journeys, and conversion drivers; • Ensure data quality in the CRM and consistent integrations between squads; • Create and update performance reports, especially for month-end closes and strategic requests; • Work closely with leadership, proposing continuous improvements based on KPI analysis; • Maintain a digital mindset, be curious about new technologies, and have an interest in how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience or interest in Marketing (with a stronger focus on analysis than on creative tasks); • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads — even if only basic familiarity); • Intermediate-level skills with spreadsheets and data analysis (Excel or Google Sheets); • Genuine interest in data, automation, and artificial intelligence; • Willingness to learn processes, the sales funnel, and conversion metrics; • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
