📋 Description

• Participate actively in the training process for new market instructors, promoting technical and methodological alignment; • Prepare instructional materials under the guidance of the technical and pedagogical team, such as exercise booklets, presentations (PPT), and others; • Develop evaluation questionnaires under guidance, aligned with the content delivered; • Create manuals and user guides written in accessible language and focused on the target audience's experience; • Prepare and organize data and scenarios in training environments, ensuring an appropriate simulation of the system's functionalities; • Deliver training to end users, ensuring comprehension and practical application of the content; • Serve as a support point after training, providing ongoing guidance and assisted follow-up to reinforce learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and teaching skills; • Organization and attention to detail; • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or currently in the final semester of a Law degree; • Previous experience in user training or user development; • Knowledge of instructional materials is an advantage; • Availability to travel.
