• This is a remote position. • SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. • Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. • SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth. • Position Overview SoftSnow is hiring an AI Compliance & Policy Manager to lead regulatory alignment, internal governance, and policy development across AI deployments. • This role is vital to helping clients safely and lawfully scale AI across their business units while staying ahead of global legal trends and organizational risk exposure.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Data Governance, or related field. • Experience: 3–5 years in regulatory compliance, risk management, data privacy, or policy development. • Prior exposure to AI, data science, or emerging technologies strongly preferred. • Experience interpreting complex regulatory language and operationalizing it into frameworks or policies. • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: In-depth understanding of evolving AI legislation, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and industry-specific standards. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to advise both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to documentation and traceability. • Collaborative approach to working across departments, industries, and client contexts. • Familiarity with risk modeling, audit protocols, or ISO/AI governance frameworks is a plus.
