📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. • Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. • SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth. • SoftSnow is seeking a systems-focused, client-savvy AI Integrator to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions across business operations. • As the bridge between strategy and execution, this role ensures that AI systems — including copilots, agents, and embedded automations — are implemented smoothly into client workflows. • You’ll collaborate with AI Trainers, Personality Designers, and Assessor teams to align configurations with business goals, oversee change management, and support adoption across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in process design, systems integration, product implementation, or digital transformation. • Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, or workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, LangChain, Azure AI). • Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, and AI lifecycle workflows. • Strong technical understanding of how AI is operationalized across departments and tools. • Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent documentation, systems thinking, and project coordination skills. • Proficiency in low-code/no-code environments is a plus. • Detail-oriented with a focus on business value, clarity, and adoption.
