• This is a remote position. • SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. • Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. • SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth. • Position Overview SoftSnow is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded AI Operations Manager (AI Ops) to lead the orchestration, performance, and optimization of deployed AI solutions across our client portfolio. • This role ensures that AI systems run reliably, efficiently, and securely in live environments — serving as the connective tissue between engineering, implementation, and business users. • Ideal candidates will have experience in managing large-scale automation or data platforms, preferably with hands-on familiarity with LLMs, APIs, and cloud environments. • You will oversee the day-to-day operation of multiple AI agents, ensuring quality, availability, and proactive maintenance across client-facing deployments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT operations, cloud services, DevOps, or AI/ML system administration. • Familiarity with AI model deployment, model drift, prompt logging, and incident response workflows. • Proven ability to manage systems in production environments with high uptime requirements. • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of operational KPIs, system observability, and performance benchmarking. • Experience with tools like OpenAI APIs, Azure AI, and vector databases is a plus. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills under time pressure. • Clear communication and coordination across technical and business teams. • Comfortable with both infrastructure tooling (e.g., monitoring systems) and human workflows.
