📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. • Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. • SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth. • Position Overview: SoftSnow is seeking a creative, brand-conscious AI Personality Designer to help shape the tone, voice, and emotional intelligence of AI agents across client-facing and internal use cases. • This role sits at the intersection of branding, user experience, and language design — ensuring that AI agents sound aligned with each client’s brand identity and speak with the right level of empathy, clarity, and consistency. • As an AI Personality Designer, you will craft personas, script interactions, and build modulation frameworks that define how AI agents should communicate across channels and scenarios. • You’ll collaborate closely with AI Trainers and Integrators to implement these personas into real-world workflows, helping ensure every AI experience feels human, intentional, and trustworthy. • Key Responsibilities: Define personality profiles, tone guidelines, and emotional ranges for AI agents based on client branding, industry context, and audience needs. • Write and iterate dialogue templates, escalation scripts, and fallback messaging for natural and respectful conversations. • Design behavioral traits for agents that span customer service, knowledge support, HR, marketing, and internal tools. • Conduct tone testing and sentiment analysis to evaluate how users respond to different AI personalities. • Collaborate with AI Trainers to embed tone controls into prompts, memory architecture, and RAG flows. • Maintain personality playbooks and brand-to-agent alignment documentation for every client engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, UX Design, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Psychology, or related field. • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in UX writing, conversational design, branding, or dialogue scripting. • Experience designing for digital assistants, chatbots, or generative AI tools is a strong plus. • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLMs, and human-AI interaction models. • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Exceptional writing skills with an ear for tone, nuance, and audience alignment. • Strong understanding of brand voice and how it translates into conversational interfaces. • Ability to balance personality, professionalism, and clarity in agent responses. • Passion for designing emotionally intelligent AI that earns user trust. • Comfort collaborating across technical and creative teams in fast-paced environments.
