📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. • Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. • SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth. • The Project Manager will support AI implementation projects for our clients under the guidance of the Project Manager Lead. • This position is ideal for someone passionate about AI who wants to develop project management skills while working directly with clients. • The Project Manager will collaborate closely with AI Strategists and the Project Manager Lead to ensure successful project delivery, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the execution of AI-driven business solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, client services, or technology implementation. • Exposure to AI technologies or eagerness to learn about AI applications in business. • Experience with client-facing roles or customer service preferred. • Familiarity with project management methodologies. • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact professionally with clients. • Basic understanding of AI concepts and their business applications, or strong willingness to learn. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, Slack or similar platforms. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. • Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing project requirements. • Basic understanding of business processes and client relationship management.
