📋 Description

• Participate in the project of migrating the company from one 1C database to another • Help develop the migration plan and take into account the specifics of the business • Transfer and verify data (balances, documents, directories) • Monitor the accuracy of management and statutory accounting in the new database • Take part in testing, reconciliations, and parallel accounting • Support the preparation of reports during the transition period • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure a smooth migration • Participating in month-end-close activities • Review and control data received from business partners • Preparation of monthly management accounts and periodical financial reporting • Preparing budgets and forecasts together with department heads to implement their initiatives and achieve corporate goals • Other Ad Hoc reports, analysis, tasks requested by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities • Higher education in finance/accounting or related, accounting knowledge • Experience as Chief or Senior Accountant (6+ years) • English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral) • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software • Excellent knowledge of 1C (Accounting 3.0, ERP) and experience working with multiple databases • Solid understanding of management and statutory accounting • Experience in migration/automation projects will be a strong advantage • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to see tasks through to completion • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
