📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial operations across the company by maintaining reliable bookkeeping records and supporting smooth document workflows within our internal management system • Serve as a key link between internal teams and external partners — including accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and the ERP development team — ensuring that financial data is properly recorded, tax obligations are met across different jurisdictions, and system processes evolve in line with operational needs • Be essential for maintaining financial compliance, strengthening cash flow control, and providing timely financial information that supports operational and strategic decision-making • Accounting/bookkeeping in internally developed management system (1C based) • Prime documents workflow support (agreements, invoices, bank statements, etc) • Collaboration with ERP dev team: task setting, requirements description, coordination and control • Constant collaboration with external outsourced accountants, auditors and tax advisors • Tax compliance in different jurisdictions • Workflow and payments control • Cash flow management • Ad-hoc report preparation by request

🎯 Requirements

• Work experience as an Accountant for at least 3 years • Ability to "read" financial reports • Fluent English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate) • Excel skills • Fluency in 1C • Multitasking, highly organized, communicative person • Nice to have: ACCA DipIFR
