📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend solutions in Go • Help shape the architecture of a high-load, business-critical system • Collaborate closely with the team • Contribute to strategic technical decisions • Ensure code quality through code reviews and clean, testable implementation • Collaborate within a Scrum team • Participate in planning personal workflow • Engage in architectural, infrastructure, and other strategic decision-making processes • Conduct code reviews for other team members • Document own code • Develop software for the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, a platform for launching and managing online sports betting businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience • At least 4 years of recent programming experience with Go as the primary language • Strong understanding of Go internals: data structures, multithreading, memory management, garbage collection, etc. • Experience with relational databases, including the ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries • Solid knowledge of Linux • Understanding of containerization and Docker • Ability to write testable code and corresponding unit tests • Experience working with Kafka and Kubernetes • Intermediate English • Upper-Intermediate Russian • Experience developing applications in finance or other fields where data integrity is a key requirement is nice to have • Understanding of distributed applications and microservice architecture is nice to have • Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, or Hexagonal Architecture is nice to have • Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse is nice to have
