📋 Description

• Plan and execute PR activities for assigned products, markets, campaigns, and strategic initiatives • Create PR content including press releases, expert articles, interviews, media pitches, talking points, executive commentary, and opinion pieces • Develop messaging, narratives, and media angles for B2B and technical audiences • Build and maintain relationships with international journalists, editors, media outlets, partners, and event organisers • Coordinate PR support for product launches, market announcements, speaking opportunities, industry events, awards, and executive visibility initiatives • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, Business Development, Legal, and Analytics teams • Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across media directories, industry listings, and external platforms • Monitor PR performance, analyse campaign results, and provide recommendations based on Share of Voice, publication quality, sentiment, media relevance, competitor visibility, and other metrics • Identify and escalate reputational, factual, regulatory, or messaging risks • Improve PR processes, reporting, templates, workflows, and AI-assisted practices to increase team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2) • Russian language skills at B2 level or higher • 5+ years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications • Experience in iGaming, B2B SaaS, fintech, crypto, or another complex technology-driven industry • Exceptional writing and editing skills across varied PR formats • Strong knowledge of PR strategy, messaging, positioning, media relations, and reputation management • Proven experience building relationships with international media and conducting targeted media outreach • Experience analysing PR performance and turning data into practical recommendations • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, or crypto is nice to have • Hands-on experience with media monitoring platforms, Share of Voice analysis, quality scoring, and PR reporting dashboards is nice to have • Experience supporting executive profiling, thought leadership, speaking engagements, and contributed content is nice to have • Experience using AI tools for research, reporting, workflow automation, or content development while maintaining editorial standards is nice to have
