📋 Description

• Support multiple engineering teams and improve their delivery effectiveness • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward self-management • Improve predictability, capacity planning, and commitment quality • Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies • Manage changing priorities while protecting team commitments • Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve end-to-end delivery processes • Contribute to the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, covering account management, game operations, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with engineering teams • Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC • Experience with delivery metrics, capacity, predictability, and dependency management • Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution and stakeholder management skills • Jira and Confluence experience • English – intermediate (B1) • Russian – Native
