• Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering mobile and web applications • Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture to define roadmap and technical direction • Ensure engineering quality, security standards, and best delivery practices • Oversee architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical planning • Support hiring, onboarding, and career development of engineers • Manage delivery scope, priorities, and cross-team dependencies • Drive performance, reliability, and scalability of digital products • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing engineering teams delivering mobile/web products • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (preferably AWS, serverless) • Experience with secure authentication, APIs, and scalable systems • Ability to translate technical strategy into execution plans • Hands-on background with JavaScript/TypeScript, Mobile, or Backend engineering • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps culture • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills • Focus on user-centric delivery, performance, and maintainability
