📋 Description

• Join the Digital Design Team and work with other Designers to deliver new products and features to market • Provide consistent and intuitive user experiences for clients’ products across various sectors • Apply a user-centric approach to create easy-to-use, high-performing digital products • Contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products • Work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to translate user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences • Design user flows, accessible interfaces, and interactive prototypes • Build, customise, and maintain design systems • Validate solutions through user research, usability testing, and workshops • Prepare clear design specifications and guidelines for developers and AI agents • Present design decisions and collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven commercial UX/UI experience, supported by a portfolio • Advanced Figma proficiency • Strong practical experience building and adapting design systems to different products • Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and UX research methods • Strong communication and presentation skills with international teams and clients • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of design quality and delivery • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows connecting design systems to AI agents • Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend component libraries • Experience auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance, and adoption • Finnish or Norwegian language capability indicated by the role title
