• Proven track record setting up and configuring Slack workspaces end-to-end. • Hands-on experience working with fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated financial services companies. • Direct experience integrating at least one of: PagerDuty, Monday.com, Sumo Logic, or AWS with Slack. • Strong written communication, you can explain your reasoning, not just your actions. • A consultative mindset, you ask sharp questions about our use cases instead of working off a generic checklist.
