📋 Description

• Drive the growth of SOLAR MATERIALS’ business in Belgium • Acquire key customers in the solar industry and build long-term business relationships • Develop target groups such as EPCs, O&M service providers, asset managers, and investors • Establish photovoltaic recycling as an integral part of sustainable solar projects • Support projects from tendering through implementation in close collaboration with the technical and logistics teams • Monitor regulatory and strategic market opportunities • Drive strategic solution sales across the solar value chain in the context of ESG and end-of-life strategies

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business, engineering, environmental technology, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in renewable energy, EPC, O&M, or asset management • Knowledge of project-based business and tender processes • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality • Ability to present sustainable solutions convincingly in a technical and regulatory environment • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally • Very good German and English skills, as well as French and/or Dutch
