📋 Description

• Conduct technical and commercial visits with major retail (GMS) customers • Perform equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and replacement • Carry out hygiene audits and on-site analyses • Identify customer needs and opportunities to expand the product range • Recommend tailored solutions and support their implementation • Contribute to customer follow-up and satisfaction • Gradually develop technical and commercial skills under the guidance of an experienced manager • Participate in recruitment interviews and a practical field assessment as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• BTS or bachelor's-level work-study program in technical sales, maintenance, systems, electrical engineering, or a related field • Valid Category B driver's license required • Willingness to work in the field and travel between customer sites • Strong motivation and eagerness to learn • A strong preference for hands-on, practical work • Curiosity and a practical mindset • Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness • Excellent interpersonal skills • Technical knowledge of maintenance or electrical engineering is a plus • An interest in customer relationship management is a plus • Regular travel required • Overnight stays may be required in the future
