📋 Description

• Achieve and maintain individual and departmental productivity, quality and service standards • Handle internal and external customer interactions and resolve queries, requests and complaints • Process customer orders, service plans and business data accurately and promptly • Deliver timely, relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders • Work closely with other functions to build positive relationships • Support the Sales Operations Director customer service team • Perform order entry, service planning and call handling for customers and field sales representatives • Take responsibility and seek opportunities for personal development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service and/or administration environment (essential) • Excellent written and verbal communication (essential) • IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge • Fluency in English • Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems • Self-motivated and enthusiastic • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Strong organisational and time-management abilities; ability to manage varying workloads, pressure, and deadlines • Customer-focused with good listening skills • Problem-solving ability and action-oriented approach • Comfortable interacting with senior management
