• Perform repair, maintenance, and modification of dosing skids, including dosing pumps and control panels • Lead installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment at customer sites • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and breakdowns in a timely manner • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure proper equipment functionality and support • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, equipment status, and technical reports • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all field activities
• High school diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in instrumentation for pulp and paper industry • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, valves, control panels, and instrumentation • Hands-on experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and skid unit installation • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients • Familiarity with safety protocols and technical documentation • Willing to be based in Palembang, South Sumatera
