• Review of the introduction of new products to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements for food contact • Develop short- and long-term solutions for regulatory issues in collaboration with other stakeholders • Manage, prepare, and submit product notifications and regulatory approvals as needed • Develop regulatory records, manage, and update data in regulatory systems across various databases • Interact with regulatory authorities to obtain final substance approvals, registrations, and certifications • Globally align regulatory compliance projects • Monitor regulatory activities and identify non-compliance issues or risks • Stay familiar with relevant, new, and emerging regulations and legislation related to global chemical management
• Fluent in English • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field • A degree in chemistry, chemical engineer and food engineer, but other life science disciplines with appropriate chemistry experience will be accepted • Experience in product compliance and market claim roles in the chemical, cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries • Basic knowledge of toxicology and ecotoxicology is a plus
