📋 Description
• Perform electromechanical maintenance of industrial equipment (metering/dosing pumps, PLCs, flocculant preparators, frequency inverters, and dosing skids in general) • Manage resources and spare parts inventory • Plan predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment • Monitor adherence to established maintenance schedules • Monitor equipment operation online on a daily basis • Safeguard company assets located at customer sites or under your responsibility • Conduct equipment inspections, degreasing, and cleaning as required • Respond to emergency maintenance calls • Prepare technical visit reports and biweekly maintenance compliance reports • Follow Solenis' Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy
🎯 Requirements
• Maintenance Electrician, Electrotechnical Technician, or Electromechanical Technician • Knowledge of and training in NR10 (electrical safety standard) • Willingness to reside in the Belo Horizonte (MG) region • Availability to travel within the Belo Horizonte (MG) region • Knowledge of metering/dosing pumps, PLCs, preparators, inverters, and skids in general • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Hold a valid driver's license - Category B • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control & Automation (advantageous) • Knowledge of Mining and Steelmaking (advantageous)
