📋 Description

• Lead technical projects across food manufacturing environments, focusing on hygiene, cleaning and production optimisation • Support Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) programmes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, product quality and food safety • Provide technical expertise on cleaning and sanitation applications, including CIP systems, membrane filtration and water treatment • Conduct customer audits and identify process improvement opportunities • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, sales teams and Global Strategic Accounts • Deliver customer training and support innovation and continuous improvement projects • Troubleshoot complex production, cleaning and hygiene challenges • Drive value through optimisation, sustainability initiatives and implementation of new technologies • Collaborate with colleagues across the North Region to deliver strong technical solutions for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering or similar • Experience within food manufacturing or the wider Food & Beverage sector • Knowledge of industrial hygiene, sanitation or cleaning processes within manufacturing environments • Exposure to CIP systems, membrane filtration and/or water treatment is advantageous • Fluent English • Scandinavian language skills are advantageous but not essential • Based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland • Willingness to travel extensively across the North Region (60–80%) • Technically credible and customer-focused • Comfortable engaging with production managers and senior stakeholders • Independent, proactive and self-managing • Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills • Collaborative and able to work effectively across regional teams
