📋 Description

• Provide engineering solutions in support of business objectives • Perform early-stage engineering including feasibility studies and option evaluation • Work with the Process Design group to develop efforts into capital projects • Lead the process design effort to accomplish business, environmental, and safety goals with little to no direct oversight • Help mentor junior engineers • Provide input on developing standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years Process Design Engineering or related field • Experience working in a production facility preferred • Knowledge of ANSI, OSHA, NFPA, ASME, API and other code and regulatory requirements • Good analytical abilities and adept at problem solving • Presentation of calculations and results in an organized manner and orderly record keeping are necessary skills • Expansive knowledge of the chemical industry and process engineering work processes • Ability to incorporate safety standards/principles in process designs (“Safety in Design”) • High level of technical and practical competence • Ability to communicate effectively with management and peers to coordinate activities with various departments and disciplines • Adept using MS Suite, particularly MS Excel
