📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of municipal water and wastewater accounts through direct and indirect selling models. • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with Solenis growth objectives. • Identify new municipal opportunities through bidding processes, renewals, and competitive conversions. • Support and influence municipal chemical bids in partnership with Bid Management, Pricing, and Technical teams. • Build, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and channel partners. • Drive channel performance through joint sales planning, training, and opportunity development. • Serve as the primary commercial contact for municipal stakeholders, including operators, engineers, purchasing personnel, and decision-makers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. • 3–7+ years of sales experience, preferably in municipal water/wastewater , industrial chemicals , or technical solutions selling . • Demonstrated success selling through indirect channels or distributors. • Strong understanding of municipal procurement and public‑sector selling. • Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
