📋 Description
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to measure business performance, including cross-functional areas when needed. • Participate in weekly sales performance review meetings with the Sales team. • Support monthly close, annual planning, and forecasting processes, including variance analysis. • Provide commentary and inputs for monthly financial presentations and reporting templates. • Participate in monthly financial review meetings as part of the Commercial FP&A supporting function. • Drive process standardization initiatives and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes. • Prepare analyses and execute reporting related to incentive compensation plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals. • Act as a finance business partner to the Sales team, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Big-picture mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Fluent English is mandatory.
