📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of municipal bids, RFQs, RFPs, and contract renewals for water and wastewater chemicals • Evaluate bid requirements, specifications, and commercial terms to determine bid viability and risk • Develop bid schedules and ensure all submissions meet municipal deadlines and compliance standards • Prepare complete, accurate, and competitive bid packages, including pricing, technical documentation, and contractual responses • Partner with Pricing and Finance to develop competitive and profitable pricing models • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations • Ensure bids comply with municipal procurement rules, contract language, and regulatory requirements • Track awarded contracts, pricing structures, escalation clauses, and renewal timelines • Monitor municipal bidding trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field • 3–5+ years of experience managing bids, proposals, or contracts—preferably in municipal, water/wastewater, or industrial chemicals • Strong understanding of municipal procurement processes and public-sector bidding • Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines • High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills • Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM and bid management systems preferred
