📋 Description
• Guide new clients in using the product. • Provide training and support for software usage. • Configure environments according to client needs. • Ensure client satisfaction with the product/service. • Suggest process and product improvements with a customer-focused approach.
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of software implementation processes. • Experience in the hospitality industry. • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree/technical diploma. • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Excel is a plus. • Knowledge of financial and administrative routines is a plus. • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
