📋 Description
• Analyze recorded documents to correctly certify the following: • Analyze complex title issues • Correct chain of title and accurate vesting • The correct legal description of the property in question • Any restrictions against the property in question • Any claims/liens (ex. Mortgages, judgments, tax assessments) • Identify any potential issues/problems with the recorded documents • Identify any potential issues/problems with the foreclosure • Deliver title packages within expected turn times to the client’s specific web portal • Follow up on title issues which arise in files to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner
🎯 Requirements
• Positive Attitude • College Degree preferred • 3-5 years experience with REO Title & Closing preferred • Experience with Resware • Skills in written and verbal communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
