📋 Description
• Support protection of the organization’s device estate, ensuring endpoints are up to date and compliant with security policies. • Monitor and perform initial response to security alerts, helping reduce cyber risks and preserve clients’ operational continuity. • Assist with basic configuration and maintenance of EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions. • Monitor alerts and security events generated by tools such as Kaspersky Endpoint Security, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. • Assist in log and indicator analysis to identify potential suspicious activity. • Execute containment and device recovery procedures following guidance from the Mid/Senior team. • Support application of patches and security updates in coordination with the infrastructure team. • Follow the organization’s defined security policies and guidelines. • Assist with documentation of incidents and performed maintenance. • Keep device records and security status updated. • Support proactive compliance and integrity verification routines for endpoints. • Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and controls.
🎯 Requirements
• Cybersecurity, endpoint protection. • Degree or background in IT, Computer Networks, Process Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, related fields, or equivalent certifications. • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Microsoft SC-200, CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Responder (CCFR), or equivalents.
