📋 Description

‱ Work in the information technology area, handling installation processes and physical and logical network maintenance, hardware and/or software maintenance; responsible for providing intermediate technical support, planning and implementing infrastructure projects, managing servers and networks, ensuring information security, managing assets and licenses, and leading work teams. ‱ Provide support in on-premises and cloud (Azure) Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Clusters, Hyper-V, and Configuration Manager/SCCM). ‱ Provide support for servers, storage, and blades. ‱ Develop projects and provide consulting on Microsoft products (Windows Server, Active Directory, Clusters, Hyper-V, and Configuration Manager/SCCM). ‱ Support the development of new projects, scenario specification, and product presentations. ‱ Support the architecture team during pre-sales activities. ‱ Conduct demonstrations of Microsoft products. ‱ Administration of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Microsoft 365 Defender. ‱ MS infrastructure: select, deploy, and maintain hardware and software; define access control to resources; establish routine documentation; monitor the performance of installed technical resources; execute and monitor projects; deliver the project; design the project (solution architecture); perform project feasibility studies; add value to clients through new technologies. ‱ Track project activities and provide support to clients (on-site or remote) and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Field of study: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computational Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, related areas, or relevant certifications. ‱ Preferred certifications: MS Infrastructure MCSE (Windows Server 2012/2016); Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate; Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or MCSA (Windows Server 2012/2016); AZ-800/801.
