📋 Description

• Gather customer requirements and quickly familiarize yourself with customer-specific needs • Take on subproject and project management responsibilities • Independently manage projects • Provide customers with expert support as part of a team • Identify and assess opportunities to optimize business processes and their IT implementation • Actively support acquisition activities • Develop functional specifications for the company’s own product development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related technical field, ideally with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent qualification • At least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector • In-depth SAP experience in mapping real estate business processes • Mandatory relevant experience with modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance • Independently delivered several relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector • Ability to independently capture and analyze customer-specific requirements and translate them into viable solutions • Confidently represent functional topics to customers, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive forward assignments • Precise, self-directed working style with a strong commitment to quality • Team- and service-oriented approach, combined with a confident and professional manner when interacting with customers • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German • Good command of English • Proficiency in MS Office • Experience as a consultant who quickly assumes functional responsibility and can contribute productively to customer projects without extensive onboarding
