📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for SBT’s integrations • Collaborate with product marketing and channel sales to research, evaluate, and prioritize integrations • Establish repeatable processes and procedures for designing and developing integrations • Develop product requirement documents (PRDs), use cases, Jira user stories • Ensure adequate testing, documentation, maintenance, and enablement of SBT’s integrations • Constantly evaluate SBT’s existing set of 50+ marketplace integrations • Serve as the subject matter expert on SBT’s current and planned integrations • Design and monitor KPIs and reports that track the performance of each integration • Own the development and dissemination of regular executive reports and scorecards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience focused on driving development, optimization, and expansion of third party integrations and relationships • Strong understanding of technology alliances, partner integrations, and marketplace models • Experience in relevant industries such as banking, bill payment, lending, or messaging/CPaaS • Experience overseeing teams and tools that support integration ecosystems, APIs, iPaaS, ETL and file parsing and processing • Ability to drive cross functional teams across engineering, go-to-market, customer operations, finance, and external partners • Strong track record of driving customer adoption of partner offerings.
