📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, desired profiles, technical skills, and organizational culture • Deploy targeted talent acquisition strategies, including active sourcing, headhunting, professional networks, and specialized campaigns • Assess candidates through in-depth interviews, validation of legal skills, and evaluation of interpersonal skills and potential • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and support throughout the process • Represent the agency within the legal community, including at events and through the development of long-term relationships • Maintain rigorous follow-up with clients and help establish trusted partnerships • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal recruitment practices and the development of sector expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the legal sector and its various roles, including lawyers, legal technicians, paralegals, notaries, legal assistants, and more (an asset) • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build credible professional relationships • Strong aptitude for talent research, use of specialized platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques • Analytical mindset and ability to accurately assess candidate fit • Professionalism, ethics, discretion, and respect for confidentiality • Autonomy, strong prioritization skills, and a solution-oriented approach
