📋 Description

• Serve as an executive arm of the organization, engaging with senior leaders of banks and credit unions. • Build credibility and act as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions. • Partner with clients to align technology and transformation initiatives with their strategic goals. • Facilitate on-site strategy sessions to co-create 1–3 year roadmaps addressing lending, retail banking, marketing, and operational efficiency. • Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes, increasing client retention and lifetime value. • Share best practices to achieve their strategic goals with the Credit Union and regional banks. • Drive net-new business opportunities, with a strong focus on retail & commercial banking transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in financial services (banking/credit unions), with proven success in business growth and client strategy. • Strong executive presence with ability to build trust and credibility with middle management and C-suite leaders. • Deep understanding of banking operations, lending, and commercial banking. • Demonstrated ability to craft strategic roadmaps and translate client goals into actionable business outcomes. • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, willing to roll up sleeves and execute. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
