📋 Description

• Own acquisition performance for assigned e-commerce clients (primarily U.S. brands). • Join client calls, present results, and provide recommendations. • Convert client goals into clear channel strategies, budgets, and test plans. • Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis using SEMRush (preferred), Ahrefs, or similar tools. • Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page content. • Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end. • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals. • Run A/B tests, refine audiences, and create structured test plans. • Support paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn. • Manage audience segmentation, creative briefs, and campaign optimizations. • Manage affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, Awin). • Recruit partners, monitor performance, and manage offers. • Build dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and platform tools. • Own UTM strategy, tag validation, and conversion tracking QA. • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience within an agency or fast-paced e-commerce role. • Strong, hands-on experience with: SEO (technical + on-page) and SEM / Google Ads. • Keyword research & competitive analysis (SEMRush preferred). • GA4 and Looker Studio. • E-commerce KPI understanding (ROAS, CPA, AOV, Conversion Rate). • Strong analytical skills and comfort with multi-account management. • Excellent spoken and written English; ability to present to U.S. clients. • Ability to work partial U.S. time-zone overlap (evening IST hours).
