• Communicating with stakeholders to elicit and define high-level requirements. • Translating high-level client requirements into actionable tasks for developers. • Gaining domain knowledge and sharing it with the team. • Assisting the design team by clarifying requirements and user experience needs. • Asking the right questions during client sessions to uncover hidden assumptions, edge cases, and value drivers. • Facilitating decision-making and a shared understanding of the requirements between the client and the development team. • Supporting the Product Manager on client side in refining product vision, prioritizing features, managing roadmaps, and ensuring a customer-centric delivery focus. • Creating and maintaining BA documentation (Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, UML, process flows, etc.). • Managing requirements and traceability in Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence. • Executing impact mapping, change-request management, and backlog refinement activities. • Playing the role of Scrum Master for the delivery team. • Planning and facilitating core Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). • Removing team impediments and driving continuous improvement. • Coaching the team on Agile best practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. • Helping the PM manage timelines, milestones, and sprint commitments. • Promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainable delivery velocity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders. • Hands-on experience gathering requirements and converting them into clear tasks and BA artifacts. • Strong facilitation skills: meeting organization, documentation, and follow-up. • Experience executing impact mapping and managing requirement changes. • Proven ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative. • Proactive mindset for identifying and resolving risks or blockers. • Experience using Jira/Confluence. • Experience acting as a Scrum Master or leading Agile ceremonies. • Demonstrated ability to support or shape product vision and roadmap decisions. • Motivated and passionate about product excellence, growth, and customer value. • English level C1+. • Insurance or InsurTech domain expertise is a major plus.
