📋 Description

• Proficiency with modern software architecture styles and approaches • Candidate has to demonstrate deep understanding and hands-on experience with a range of modern software architecture styles, including microservices, serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native design. This expertise should extend to the application of design patterns, domain-driven design, and scalable system architecture to develop robust, maintainable, and highly available systems. • Technology evangelist / advocate • Candidate has to spread enthusiasm for a technology through presentations, workshops, articles, and social media. They educate developers, businesses, and end-users about the benefits and capabilities of the technology, often translating complex technical details into accessible benefits. • Collaboration with engineering teams • Candidate must excel in collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. This involves working hand-in-hand with project managers and engineers to translate client requirements and architectural designs into functional and efficient systems. • Leadership, communication and confidence • Candidate has to have an ability to lead a meeting, a team, and a direction with architecture. Architect has to demonstrate thought leadership and confidence, and should be comfortable to conduct a discussion on topics even if they do not know certain things about them. • Presales and new opportunities support • Candidate has to possess strong presales skills, demonstrating an ability to work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and challenges. This includes crafting tailored solutions that align with client needs, presenting technical proposals, and providing expert advice to support the sales process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture • 9+ years of hands-on development experience across various solution types (web applications, web services, desktop applications, native mobile applications) • Java ecosystem as a primary technology stack; experience designing large-scale solutions using Java technology stack. • Creating solution architecture documents with deep technical details. • Working closely with the business to identify solution requirements and key case studies/scenarios for future solutions. • Participating in the full cycle of pre-sale activities • Experience with presenting solutions to the clients (off-site and on-site (ideally)) • Knowledge of industry-recognized architecture models: C4, 4+1 and TOGAF • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, results-oriented • Excellent conceptual visualization skills (ability to present ideas with visualizations explaining them) • 60/40 solutioning (design) to hands-on experience (coding, prototyping) • Travel-readiness • English: B2+
