• Get sales appointments booked and complete all admin for leads • Update and maintain CRM system and pipeline with details of all interactions • Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date • Facilitate and manage all necessary paperwork once a lead agrees to move forward • Qualify leads based on company criteria • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team • Coordinate and manage the calendars of the sales team • Conduct follow-up calls or emails with prospects • Send reminders to prospects and the sales team about upcoming meetings • Provide regular reports to the sales team or management • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the handoff of leads
• High school diploma or associate’s degree • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary • Warm personality with strong communication follow up skills • Ability to to be persistent in the face of rejection or no responses • Ability to work well under limited supervision • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills • Ability to handle stress associated with deadlines and work volume • Punctual performance of job duties • Abstinence from mind or mood altering drugs • Must be able to diffuse crisis situations if ever necessary • Flexibility in working varied hours as needed • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and Solvency Now confidential and/or proprietary information
