📋 Description

• Present scientific evidence, educational programs, and training to promote best clinical practices at strategic institutions • Deliver continuing education and technical support for the introduction and expansion of Solventum solutions in Advanced Wound Treatment and surgical site infection prevention • Support clinical and economic analyses using Health Economics tools • Guide and monitor healthcare professionals in the use of Solventum therapies and technologies, particularly Negative Pressure Wound Therapy • Collaborate in the development and implementation of evidence-based care protocols • Provide technical training to internal teams and strategic partners • Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and market access teams • Work primarily in the field, visiting hospitals and healthcare institutions in the city and throughout the state of São Paulo • Drive a company vehicle, subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing • Clinical experience in hospital settings, preferably in a wound care committee, medical-surgical unit, intensive care, outpatient wound clinic, ostomy care, or skin care • Experience delivering training, classes, presentations, or educational programs for healthcare professionals • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) • Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) • Availability to work flexible hours • English proficiency sufficient to read scientific articles • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without employer sponsorship for a work visa • Postgraduate qualification in Ostomy Care, Dermatology, or a related field (additional qualification) • Knowledge of and experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) (additional qualification) • Experience with care quality indicators, hospital quality, risk management, and accreditation processes (additional qualification) • Experience as a clinical consultant or clinical specialist in the medical device or healthcare industry (additional qualification) • Knowledge of guidelines, consensus statements, and protocols related to the prevention and treatment of skin injuries and complex wounds (additional qualification) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills (additional qualification) • Consultative approach, with the ability to influence and drive changes in clinical practice (additional qualification)
