📋 Description

• Imparting their knowledge and expertise in CDI, inpatient coding, DRG methodologies, risk adjustment, quality indicators, comorbidity indices, clinical documentation integrity, utilization management, population health and coding compliance to both their customers and their internal team members as well. • Developing and maintaining training materials and resources related to Solventum’s Visit Integrity training program. • Working closely with the Solventum Technical Writing team using their editing software. • Managing all things related to Solventum’s monthly education network including coordinating and scheduling topics and speakers, editing speaker presentations, hosting the monthly sessions among other duties. • Working directly and/or collaborate with the coding and clinical team members as well as customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Eight (8) years of clinical coding experience or acute care CDI experience. • OR High School Diploma/GED AND Eleven (11) years of clinical coding experience or acute care CDI experience. • RHIA, RHIT with CCS certification or Valid RN or License with minimum of five (5) years acute care experience • Minimum of five (5) years of CDI experience • Minimum of two (2) years of coding experience
